TW Technologies – Freelance Web Development Services

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by TW Technologies (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”) to the Client (“you”, “the Client”). By accepting a quote, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide web development and related digital services as agreed in writing with the Client. Any additional work not specified in the original agreement will be quoted and billed separately.

2. Quotes & Acceptance

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A project is considered accepted once the Client confirms in writing and/or submits the required deposit.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 25% deposit is required before work begins, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • All invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or payment link.

4. Late Payments & Fees

If payment is not received by the invoice due date, late fees will apply automatically as follows:

  • 3 days overdue: 5% late fee added to the outstanding balance
  • 14 days overdue: An additional 5% late fee added
  • 30 days overdue: A further additional 5% late fee added

Late fees are cumulative and will continue to accrue on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services, disable websites, or withhold deliverables until all overdue amounts, including late fees, are fully paid.

Any recovery or legal costs incurred to collect overdue payments will be the responsibility of the Client.

5. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines and do not waive payment obligations.

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, 2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed at separately.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the final website and materials transfers to the Client only after full payment is received. Until then, all work remains the property of the Developer.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Costs

The Client is responsible for all third-party costs including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration
  • Web hosting
  • Plugins, themes, or licenses
  • Stock images or fonts

These are billed separately unless explicitly included in your quote.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the Client cancels the project after work has started, all work completed up to that point must be paid in full.
  • No refunds are issued for completed work.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business
  • Website downtime caused by third parties or hosting providers
  • Security breaches outside of our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and technical information confidential unless legally required to disclose it.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyber incidents, or government actions.

13. Acceptance

By engaging our services, submitting payment, or approving a quote, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
